Dale Carnegie believed in the power of personal development and in 1912, the Dale Carnegie Training organization was founded. Harry Williams and E.F. Marin believed in providing the highest level of personal and responsive service and in 1925, Patterson State Bank was founded. Meshing these two principles and growing leaders is what we have been doing for 90 years.
William Marine, Information Technology Specialist and fourth generation banker, recently earned his Certificate of Achievement for the Dale Carnegie Course “How to Win Friends and Influence People in Business”.

We asked William to share some of his thoughts about being part of Patterson State Bank and what he feels makes us unique.
“Since my employment started with Patterson State Bank, the bank has provided excellent educational opportunities. This Dale Carnegie course designed for business is just one example of how PSB supports its staff and that is important to employees. My great grandfather founded the bank in 1925, so it is a special feeling for me to be a 4th generation family banker. Information technology and mobile banking services are the two main areas of my responsibility at PSB and I look forward to helping both the bank staff and its customers in those two very important aspects of banking.”
We are very proud to have William among the ranks of whom we believe to be the best bankers in the state.
