At Patterson State Bank, your privacy is a top priority, and we take great care to protect your personal and financial data. We never sell or share your confidential information. However, credit bureaus, who have legal access to your data, are allowed to sell your information to other lenders through trigger leads.
To opt-out of trigger leads online, visit optoutprescreen.com. You’ll be asked to provide your Social Security number, date of birth, and name to process the request. You can then choose to opt-out of trigger leads for either five years or permanently.
You can also opt-out by calling 1-888-5-OPT-OUT. The request typically takes about five business days to process, so be sure to allow enough time between opting out and submitting a loan or credit application. Keep in mind, it may take up to a few months to stop receiving prescreened offers completely, as some companies may have already purchased your information before you opted out.
Trigger leads should not result in calls if you’re registered on the Do Not Call List. Adding your number to this list provides an extra layer of protection against unsolicited calls.

Phone: Call 1-888-382-1222
We hope these steps make your mortgage application process smoother and hassle-free. If you have any questions or need further assistance, please contact your loan officer.
